Seldom Seen Acres is a condominium community of 132 ranch and townhomes at the edge of the city of Powell in Liberty Township, Delaware County, Ohio. We are within the Olentangy Local School District and have Powell postal addresses. The development was begun by home builders Romanelli & Hughes and completed by Epcon Communities.
